Keturah and Pei Wei

This is my best friend, Keturah (ku-ter-uh)

We met back in college at VUSC and lived with two other girls in a van for a summer... they called us Entourage.  That sounds a little more odd than it actually was.  The truth is, we were a  comedy team that performed at youth camps and we traveled from camp to camp each week in a van... so we didn't technically live in a van, but close.

Anyways, Keturah.  K has done some pretty outstanding things in her life... she packed up her bags and moved to Belgium one time, she plays in a band, she helps lead a fantastic organization in Costa Mesa called MIKA, one time she let a high school kid (who admittedly had no clue what he was doing) cut her hair really short, she's a successful grant writer, and she has now taken up marathon running... just to name a few. She's one of those people that's passionate about so many things and her love for life is contagious.  You really can't help but love life and other people when you're around her.  She's a great best friend.  Anyways, I wasn't surprised at all when I heard about her recent endeavor to eat every item on Pei Wei's menu... this is so Keturah.  The best part is, she blogged about it HERE and you should read her reviews.   Even better, Pei Wei got wind of this story and now they're tweeting about Keturah HERE.  Brilliant!
